There is no time to rest for the Hyundai and its crossover SUV range. The all-new Kona model had recent launch and the new-generation Santa Fe also made its debut with the new styling, diesel mill and new interior. Hyundai is working on more fronts.The refreshed Tucson is due for the next year launch and it could appear as the 2025 Hyundai Tucson or even as the 2025 version. We don’t know details but from what we can draw from the test mule and based on brand’s latest models we should expect similar exterior and interior treatment as in the new Santa Fe and Kona.
2025 HYUNDAI TUCSON: DESIGN
The prototype of the refreshed 2025 Hyundai Tucson was spotted while wearing thick camo which hides plenty of the bodywork but some elements indicate the transformation course. It’s obvious from what we can see on the prototype and what we saw on the latest models that new Tucson will switch to the new design language which debuted on the new Kona model.The part of the change is the grille design which will follow the pattern of the new Santa Fe and Kona. The headlights and LED running lights will also come in the new setup and the model also appear to have reshaped air intakes.We should also expect some changes to the hood design while can’t recognize changes on the side panels. The rear will likely get new bumper and taillights.
INTERIOR, EQUIPMENT:
Inside the cabin, the Tucson will also follow the recipe of the latest crossovers. The dash will get redesigned center stack and there won’t be the integrated display anymore. Like in the new Santa FE, the Tucson will arrive with the dash-mounted center touchscreen and repositioned air vents.Hyundai will also offer refreshed materials and new textures. The model will also include the system that blocks the doors from opening when another vehicle approaching from the rear.
2025 HYUNDAI TUCSON: POWERTRAINS
When it is about the engine options no leaked details have been available so far. The refreshed 2025 Hyundai Tucson is expected with same engine options but probably with improved ratings.The base mill will be a 2.0-liter four-cylinder combined with the six-speed automatic transmission. The ratings of the current version are 175 hp and 195 lb-ft.The possibility suggested by some reports is the performance version. It could be powered by the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with the horsepower around 270. This version could arrive after the arrival of the base versions.

The refreshed 2025 Hyundai Tucson is expected for the next year launch and could arrive as the 2025 version. The price will appear closer to the launch date but we expect a slight increase compared to the current range.
