A 6-speed automatic gearbox is offered as standard. As for the diesel engine, a 3.0-liter that powers Ducato van could find its place in the U.S., but we are skeptical about it. Still, even the gasoline engine provides enough power and a very enjoyable ride.
2025 PROMASTER EXTERIOR FACELIFT
The forthcoming 2025 Ram Promaster comes in numerous body configurations. Promaster City is a regular minivan version while you can go for the significantly larger cargo van. Whatsoever, this model is often used as the ambulance van. Rumors about the new-gen model were false. For that reason, the new 2025 Promaster is getting a mid-cycle facelift. This model looks upscale and it rides on a unibody structure.
One of its main advantages is its practicality. Similar to the Ram’s pickup truck lineup, Promaster is also available in 1500, 2500 and 3500 versions. For 2025, we can expect a modified front fascia and slightly different shape. The vehicle’s dimensions will largely remain. Ram offers sliding door, 17-inch wheels and up to 10 exterior paints.
INTERIOR CHANGES
The forthcoming 2025 Ram Promaster comes with one of the best interiors in its segment. If not the most upscale or modern, the interior is surely the most practical in the segment. The 2025 model will get a lot of modern touches and it will look better as a result. Ram will introduce a longer list of standard amenities.
That includes the new keyless entry system and the rearview camera. The infotainment system will be updated and the seats will get more power-adjustable features. As for the changes in price, Ram won’t change anything. The all-new 2025 Ram Promaster will cost $30,000. Longer wheelbase variants are starting at $35,000. The full-size van is going on sale later in 2025. The most likely release date is the next fall.
