The Honda Pilot is one of the best mid-size SUVs that makes the life easier for the big families. The model underwent the thorough redesign for the 2016 model year and now after three model years, the 2025 Honda Pilot should come as the refreshed version. The refreshed Pilot was spied recently and obviously, it will bring some styling changes mostly in the front section. Honda also promised to hybridize its light-duty truck lineup but the Pilot hybrid isn’t certain for the 2025 version.
2025 HONDA PILOT: STYLING CHANGES
The Honda Pilot switched to the new platform and replaced the box-like exterior for more crossoverish look for the recent redesign. The 2025 Honda Pilot is expected to sharp model’s look further and we expect the surgery on its front fascia. The profile of the model will, on another hand, continue with the same body sculpting and we should see tweaked taillights and the bumper on the rear section. The Pilot won’t change its dimensions and won’t go with the structural upgrades.
INTERIOR, EQUIPMENT:
The 2025 version won’t go with radical changes inside the cabin. Pilot’s cabin has well-used space and good build quality plus boats very good seat comfort. It also has nicely arranged controls and modern infotainment system. The Honda Sensing safety suite will be available in all versions. The suite will include systems such as the adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, forward collision warning with emergency braking, blind spot monitors, etc.
2025 HONDA PILOT: POWER UNITS
While the styling changes are certain, we still don’t know what Honda is preparing to offer in the engine department. The 2025 Honda Pilot will surely return with the 3.5-liter V-6 engine. The current version comes with either 6-speed or 9-speed automatic gearbox.Honda might bring the new 10-speed automatic gearbox in the play which should improve fuel efficiency and performance but the engine itself could see some upgrades. What is also expected is the introduction of the turbocharged engine. A 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that replaced V-6 in the Accord sedan sounds like the natural solution. It produces 252 hp and 273 lb-ft of torque under the hood of the new Accord.Honda also promised the hybrid version of the Pilot again based on Accord’s two-motor system. This version might wait for the 2025 version.
2025 HONDA PILOT: ARRIVAL, PRICE
The refreshed 2025 Honda Pilot is expected for the late-in-year arrival. The price should again start around $33, 000.
