It isn’t the first time we are seeing a camouflaged T7 in the last couple of months. The German manufacturer will build new models on the ID Buzz concept, and Transporter T7 will be one of those models.
According to the latest reports, this minivan will feature a hybrid powertrain and possibly an all-electric version. The seventh-gen Transporter T7 will gain numerous refreshments in terms of exterior and interior design. This model will hit the dealerships later n 2025, and it will also reach American soil.

Currently, VW is using a 1.4-liter turbo engine for its hybrid models. With an electric motor, this output delivers between 200 and 250 horsepower in some models. Transporter has never had such a small engine.

The price of the current T6 Transporter starts at around $27,000. The new model will cost more, especially the hybrid version. Thanks to that, the new 2025 Volkswagen Transporter T7 will surely start closer to the $30,000. A hybrid will be priced at $35,000 and an all-electric version of around $40,000. We won’t see the local launch, but elsewhere, including the United States, this van will arrive in late 2025.
